A firm fixed-price supply contract for a one time purchase is anticipated for the purchase of the Agar. The effective period of the contract shall be February 22, 2008, or date of award, whichever is later. The solicitation, AG-6395-S-08-0022, will be released on or about January 17, 2008 and will be a 100% small business set-aside, therefore, all responsible small businesses may submit an offer.
