The Government objective is to award an unfunded one-year requirements contract. Future orders will be place on an as-needed basis. The end user is the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. FOB Destination McAlester, OK. The requirement is for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and an estimated maximum quantity of 2,930,000 pounds of Aluminum Powder. When released, the solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition.

The approximate issuance date for this solicitation is April 29, 2015 with an opening on or about 30 days from issuance. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov.
