The Government objective is to award an unfunded one-year requirements contract. Future orders will be place on an as-needed basis. The end user is the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. FOB Destination McAlester, OK.

The requirement is for a minimum quantity of zero pounds and an estimated maximum quantity of 3,200,600 pounds of Aluminum Powder. The solicitation is unrestricted and not a set-aside.
