The Delivery Order Minimum is 10,000LBS. the Delivery Order Maximum quantity is 50,000LBS. Delivery Acceptance is 21 days after Receipt of each Delivery Order. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Quality, Technical Factors, and Price.
