UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into an ID/IQ type contract with CIBA Specialty Chemicals, 4050 Premier Drive, High Point, NC 27265 to procure compound wetting agents (dyes) for the purpose of manufacturing terry products, such as wash cloths and towels. There are four line items: 0001- UNICOR Part Number CHG0543, Compound, Wetting Agent, Albegal, FFA (Qty: 73,920); Line Item 0002- UNICOR Part Number CHG1202, Cibacron, Yellow, F-3r, Powder (Qty: 10,560); Line Item 0003- UNICOR Part Number CHG1203,Cibacron,Scarlet, F-36, Powder (Qty: 3,520) and Line Item 0004- UNICOR Part Number CHG1204,Cibacron, Navy, FG, Power (Qty: 4,400). The period of performance shall be two years. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Terre Haute, IN. Delivery Acceptance is 15 Days After Receipt of each Delivery Order. This requirement is domestic only. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. CIBA Specialty Chemicals is the only source.
