The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is interested in receiving information on commercially available Econ-O-Mist, anti-skinning agent and ink drying retardant in a 16 OZ bottle(non-aerosol only). The BEP is not issuing a soliciation at this time, but woud like to review product availability and pricing as part of market research to determine potenial sources for this requirement.
