The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide F18 Imaging Radiopharmaceutical delivery services at the request of the Richmond VAMC. Please see Attachment 1 (Draft Statement of Work) for some general guidelines on what the requirement may potentially entail. The Veteran Administration is mandated by Public Law 109-461 (38 USC ร‚ยง 8127 & 8128) to give first priority to SDVOSB and VOSB concerns if there should be sufficient firms available to compete under a set aside. If insufficient veteran owned small business responses are received to establish the basis for setting this action aside for other than large business participation, then the action will be advertised as a small business set aside or full and open competition. In this case, all interested parties responding shall be eligible to bid.
