The purpose of this amendment is to update the permits and licenses section of the SOW. Original Language: PERMITS AND LICENSES - The contractor shall provide copies of permits and licenses required by Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances demonstrating that they are in fact qualified by training and experience to perform the required work.  Documents must submit with quotes. New Language: PERMITS AND LICENSES - The contractor shall provide copies of permits and licenses held by the contractor and/or subcontractor required by Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances demonstrating that they are in fact qualified by training and experience to perform the required work.  Documents must be submitted with quotes.
