The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure SICPA Cylinder-Wipe Non-Magnetic Black Intaglio Currency Ink from Sicpa Securink Corporation. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
