The Bureau of Engraving and Printing invites industry review and comments on the attached draft specification for an Intaglio ink cleaner, BEP stock number 2O000168, specification C:INTLV-1. The material is to be used in removing wet and dried Intaglio inks from currency printing presses in the Bureau's Washington, D.C. facility. Following the receipt of industry comments, a subsequent solicitation is planned. This notice is not a Request for Proposal.
