This is a modification to the synopsis entitled JET A FUEL WITH PRIST ADDITIVE, NNC15533864Q which was posted on NOV 18, 2014. You are notified that the following changes are made: CLARIFICATION TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. THE TANK TO BE FILLED IS A 25,000 GALLON TANK BUT WE ONLY WANT TO PUT IN 8,000 GALLONS.

2. NO SPECIAL FILTTINGS FOR THE TANK

3. TRUCK NEEDS TO FILL THE IN GROUND TANK THROUGH THE PUMPING STATION.

4. NO SPECIAL HOSE LENGTH REQUIRED.

5. TAYLOR ROAD GATE WILL BE USED FOR THE OFF-LOADING. TRACTOR TRAILERS WILL FIT AND HAVE ACCESS.
