The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, NNSY Annex intends to contract for 1.1 million cuft of liquid Nitrogen, 59503-2-A-1-B per Mil-Spec-A-A-59503. Contractor shall provide pumping truck capable of producing gaseous Nitrogen at a minimum delivery pressure of 5000 PSIG. Delivery capacity shall be a minimum of 50 cuft/min. Higher delivery rate is desirable. Pumping truck shall have an Oxygen grade clean connection to mate with a 1/2" male or female CPV union. Complete specifications shall be provided in the written solicitation. This procurement will be conducted on an unrestricted basis. The applicable NAICS code is 35120 with a small business classification of 1000 employees. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 12. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NNSY, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000.
