This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government
intends to establish a SOLE SOURCE Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to
Johnson and Johnson Medical Korea Ltd. for Lease of Chemistry Analyzers VITROS 5600 & 4600, which will include preventive maintenance , repair services, parts, consumable reagents and all other supplies by the vendor for Department of Pathology, 121st Combat Support Hospital (CSH)/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH), Yongsan, Seoul, Korea.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of
performance will be for 26 March 2014 to 25 June 2014. NAICS code is 424690. See attached list of items required.

NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the
attached list of items and also provide a current copy of your price list for the
items and your capabilities statement NO LATER THAN 6 March 2014,
10:00 A.M. Korea Standard Time (KST). Vendor MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE
100% of the item(s) listed to be considered for this BPA.
