The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces Field Office, has a requirement for herbicides that are to be delivered to six different field offices. The contractor is to provide all the herbicides required with delivery and all usage/warning information necessary. The required herbicides are as follows: Grazon P&D, Tordon 22K, Velpar L, Garlon 4, Arsenal (2.5 Gal), Arsenal (Qt.), Curtail, Roundup Pro, Spike 20P, Plateau, Rodeo, Methylated Seed Oil, Blue 1 OZ/Gal. The Contracting officer must approve alternative herbicides other than the name brand specified in advance. If substituting another rpoduct containing Glyphosate, the substitute must also have similar surfactants, buffering agents, and pH adjusting agents to perform at the same level as Roundup Ultra to be considered equal. The items are to be delivered to 6 different sites as directed by the deliver schedule. That will be provided when the RFQ is released. Period of performance for this project is 30 days from the date of award. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis.
