This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for STATEMENT OF WORK: 22,500 Liters of XENON (XE) RESEARCH 99.999% grade with the following productspecifications:99.999/research grade AR < 1 PPM, C2F6 < 0.1 PPM, CF4 < 0.1 PPM, CO + CO2 < 1 PPM, H2 < 1 PPM,H2O < 1 PPM, KR < 5 PPM, O2 < 1 PPM, N2 < 2 PPM, THC < 0.5 PPM, TotalImpurities < 10 PPM TOTAL of 22,500 Liters in the following bottle sizes: - 3X5,000 Bottles - 3X2,500 Bottles The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC _2005_-_38_http://nais.nasa.gov/far/ . This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 325120 /1000respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for thisprocurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
