This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting is soliciting for the quantity of one (1) TS-4528A/U Multi-Channel DOCCT/S (DAMA Orderwire Channel Controller Trainer/Simulator) Sys tem; one (1) MUID Extender; one (1) Domestic On-site Operator Training and Installation Support; two (2) MIL STD-188-183 DOCCT/S Channel Control Capability Upgrade; one (1) additional year on warranty; and expediated shipping fee. If selected, the contract or must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award at the time of selection. All items must be delivered to Fort Bliss, Texas by no later than 31 August 2006. The solicitation is issued as an RFQ.
