The Food and Drug Administration intend to procure Services on a sole source basis with Elsevier, Inc., 360 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10010 for electronic journal access via the internet (EMBASE.com), an integrated web-based service, providing access to current, comprehensive and validated biomedical and pharmacological information. This procurement is a firm fixed price requirement. The FDA Library must be able to procure the database on a multi-center Agency-wide, 24-hour access basis with unlimited usage. The subscription period is January – December 2005. A request for quotations is not available.
