This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to the incumbent, NCS Pearson Inc. 5601 Green Valley Drive #220, Minneapolis, MN 55437-1099 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304-(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the purchase of 5,500 ea MMP12 Extended Prof Q Admin, 220 pkg MMP12 SC Q A/S, 5,500 GAMA Q Profile Admin, 220 pkg GAMA Q A/S, 25 each MCMI-III Q Profile, 1 pkg MCMI-III Q A/S and 5 each GAMA manuals. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 20 March 2008. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered; however, determination to compete or not to compete this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Government.
