Under authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), Virginia Beach, Virginia intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Allen-Vanguard, Inc., 11490 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 360, Reston, VA 20191. This procurement is intended to provide NSWDG with a readily available source to support live chemical agent training in an indoor and open air environment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is H92244-05-R-0083. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) shall apply to this procurement. Period of performance is 17 October 2005 through 21 October 2005.
