This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor shall provide the following military targets made of high-density polyethylene material: High Heat Environment E-type Silhouette Target, US Molders - Brand Name/Equal, colors needed in white 250 each and in orange 250 each; Dimensions: 19.5" x 40", Targets need to be 40" high with a 0.200 inch thickness; rib structure to reinforce target integrity to help retain its strength, structure, and to continue to register hits 100% of the time; And targets should hold up to extreme high temperatures in Hawaii without drooping, warping, or melting. Real Threat Frontal Target with Windshield, 20 ea, US Molders - Brand Name/Equal, Dimensions: 75" x 18" x 70", weight 110lbs, life-like appearances made from high-density polyethylene material eliminating cracking, chipping, or peeling and is durable. Targets need to be used in freestanding position or mounted on most major types of lifters. Real Threat Flank Target with Windshield, 20 ea, is a 2 1/2 -dimensional target that resembles the flank view of a medium-duty pickup truck., US Molders - Brand Name/Equal, Dimensions: 160" x 9" x 75", weight is 160lbs, permanent molding target surface made of high-density polyethylene material eliminating cracking, chipping, or peeling and is durable. Easy to install by built-in finger joint locks between the cab and bed sections. Be able to use in freestanding position or mounted, be able to insert hit sensors into center slot to record hits, easily moved and carried by two men, and texture-graphics on both sides for reversibility. The issue date for this solicitation is 5/15/2012. Actual proposal due date is 5/22/2012 at 10:00am Hawaii Standard Time(HST). Telephone requests will not be honored.
