The Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager for Training Systems (PMTRASYS) intends to award on a sole source basis to Tactical Language Training, LLC, 11965 Venice Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90066, an amount of $490k, for correcting the existing Tactical Pashto Language Training System to include training in Dari. The Tactical Pashto Language Training System is inadequate to provide the language and culture training needed for the current Afghanistan area of operations and must be corrected. The proposed effort will correct the Tactical PashtoTM Language Training System to include a Tactical Dari Language Training System and deliver it to the US Government. This corrected training system will be referred to hereafter as the Tactical Dari Language Training System. The basic contract, estimated to be valued at $490k, will provide unrestricted license to distribute the Tactical Dari Language Training Systems (TLTS) software executable program throughout the Department of Defense.
