Solicitation N0042119Q0029 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Embedded Technologies, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The requirement is to procure 6U VME64x Card Cage Assembly P/N: ETi0. This is for the SYY-1 which is a major, full system upgrade of the AN/TPX-42, to process all legacy and new radar input formats the systems it is required to process and display. The card cage assembly is required to house equipment procured for the system. ETI designed and manufactured the chassis to accommodate equipment procured for SYY-1.

ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted.
