This is a sources sought/market research synopsis. The Alexandria VA Health Care System, Pineville, LA contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Small Business). The Medical Center is particularly interested in identifying Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)/Veteran Owned-Small Business (VOSB) and their capability. The medical center intends to pursue a contract for the purchase of the Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular R3.X New for the Overton Brook VAMC, Shreveport, LA 71101. The system is an integrated multimodality image and information system designed to perform the necessary functions required for import, export, storage, archival, review, analysis, quantification, reporting and database management of digital medical images. The Phillips IntelliSpace is the only system with the HL-7 link that communicates with VAMC VISTA imaging. This functionality is essential to the patient care requirement of timely and accurate reporting as well as avoiding delays in patient care. The delivery date is 45 days after award. The designated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541512-Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of $27.5M.
