Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, US NAVY, SPAWAR ATLANTIC CHARLESTON, SC, 1008 TRIDENT STREET, HANAHAN, SC 29410. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
