NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contracting Office: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, HQ Operations and Sustainment Systems Group, 884 East Moore Dr., Room 1155, MAFB-Gunter Annex AL 36114-3000 Notice: To purchase renewal of Enterprise/Large Site Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) Proprietary Software, Maintenance, Technical Support and license to include travel for site visits. Intention: Award to Telos Corporation, a Small Business, a follow-on AMHS/CPXP solution for integration into the Defense Messaging System. Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Duration: Period of performance will be three months from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
