This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make a Sole Source award, in accordance with FAR 12 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1a(2)(iii), to Audiofax, Inc. DBA Audiocare Systems, 1436 Lancaster Avenue, Suite 260 Berwyn, PA 19312-1200. Audiocare systems is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is for the annual license renewal of the AudioCARE software. AudioCARE is the an automated communications between healthcare facilities, healthcare providers and patients. This service will be provided to 460 MDG/SGSL, 265 S. Aspen St. Stop 89, Buckley AFB, CO 80011-9547. Performance will begin 1 Oct 06. This procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 511210 and Size Standard of $23 M.
