This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) for the purchase of the Automated Air Force Form 813 & NEPA Program, P/N #NVZROS596A5. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order for delivery and installation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to SAIC is the creator, manufacturer and supplier of this item.
