The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to DY 4 Systems Inc on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for the following equipment: 1 each SVME-416-0020: Champ-AV IV 6U VME DSP Card with two 64-bit/100 MHZ PMC-X/PMC Sites; DSW-416-000-CD: Champtools suite of software items; DSW-DEV-IPC-000-CD: Inter-Processor Communications Library; MNT-416-000-CD: yearly software maintenance; MNT-DEV-IPC-000-CD yearly software maintenance. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based on direct replacement and upgrade to DY 4 Systems Inc. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
