This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, requests quotes for Cisco equipment from responsible, Native-American vendors; vendors shall certify that they are a Cisco authorized channel partner as of 4 p.m., September 20, 2008, and that they possess the certification/specialization level required by Cisco, to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with Cisco Systems certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. The Vendor also confirms to have sourced all Cisco products submitted in this offer from Cisco, or through Cisco authorized channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide the BIA with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all Cisco software is licensed originally to the BIA as the original licensee authorized to use the Cisco software.
