Award will be made to the vendor with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LTPA). An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government's listed specifications. All products must be approved on the Unified Communication Approved Product List (UC APL) and/or have an Army Certificate of Networthiness (CoN). No refurbished or grey market products allowed. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by providing a quote via your own format: Pricing shall include all shipping related cost.
