This solicitation is a total small business set- aside. The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2231 has a requirement for Citrix software. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the Citrix requirements listed in 17-Q-1400 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Citrix is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Citrix; you must include a response that states you are an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify you are an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Citrix equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
