The VA Medical Centers in VISN 2 (Buffalo, Batavia, Bath, Canandaigua and Syracuse are seeking information on Clinical Note Templates that interface with the Veterans Integrated System Technological Architecture (VISTA COMPUTER SYSTEM). All contractors that currently have these Clinical Note Templates developed and deployed in any VA Medical Center is requested to submit information to the Contracting Officer to determine if a Sole Source procurement exists for this software. Pleae provide Company Name, Point of Contract Person (including phone and e-mail address) and VA Medical Center that the software has been successfully deployed. Please also include a brief description of the Clinical Note Template that your company has provided to the VA. Please include the name of the VA Clinical Application Coordinator at the sites using this software (if known). There is no RFP at this time and this is only for Market Research at this time to determine if this is a sole source procurment.
