MSIC has a requirement to purchase 50 perpetual concurrent Oculus GeoTime licenses for the JWICS secure computer network and 50 perpetual concurrent Oculus GeoTime licenses for the SIPR secure computer network. This purchase will also include 10 single user licenses, 4 lab single user licenses, annual maintenance technical support for the first year and Training and Support Package #1. The Oculus GeoTime software is a very specialized software that allows intelligence analysts to visualize data in a temporal and spatial environment and assist in analysis of various sources of data. Pursuant to DFARS 225.870-4, the solicitation shall be submitted to the Canadian Commercial Corporation in that Oculus is a Canadian Contractor. Award will be pursuant to FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 ( Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items) will apply to this acquisition. MSIC intends to make this purchase from the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), however, proposals from any qualified and interested parties will be considered.
