The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order for Corridor DM maintenance renewal to Corridor Consulting. This agreement will provide support for its custom modified software specific to the IRS Documentation Section and is required for the continued operations of the IRS tax systems. The period of performance is one year and will cover taxpayer notifications, (e.g. Refunds, Notices, Non-Compliance Letters etc.) All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by December 31, 2003. All quotes shall include the FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone numbers), GSA Contract number if applicable, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued. All requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsible. All questions must be submitted in writing.
