This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Antenna Test Facility (ATF) at the Electronic Proving Grounds located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, has a requirement for FEKO software.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it has been determined that only EM Software & Systems, 144 Research Dr., Hampton, VA, 23666-1325 can meet the Government's requirement.
