The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Northrop Grumman of Greenbelt MD maintenance on Cisco Systems computers to include WS-C5500 SmartNet Subscription; SNT SmartNet Subscription, WS-C5505, 2 Cat. 5500 chassis, 5 slot, 3.6 gbps BP; 8x5xNBD SmartNet Subscription, WS-C2924M-XL-A, WS-C2924M-XL-EN; SmartNet Subscription, 8x5xNBD for WS-C15XX, 10 base T Hub; and, 8x5xNBD SmartNet Subscription, WS-C2924-XL-A, WS-C2924-XL-EN. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the government?s requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for commercial contracts (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated award date is 10 Jan 2003. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the posted close date.
