Solicitation number 6TSA-03-JMT-0264 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: #560-5198, rs-422 SQUARE WAVE OUTPUT, QTY. 127; CLIN 2: #560-5141, 2 HEX I/O CIRCUIT BOARD W/WIRETAP CONNECTORS, QTY. 1; #560-5153 TELECOM INTERFACE, QTY 1. This requirement is for the Department of the Army, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements.
