Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS), in support of the UNITeS Prime Contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), intends to negotiate on a sole source "expedited" basis, only with Harmonic, Inc.; or an authorized reseller of Harmonic equipment and services, for two (2) Harmonic MV500 High Definition Encoders, licensing, hardware and software maintenance support, and optional on-site support services at NASA HQ, Washington, DC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), as the RFQ is located in the attached WORD 9.0 file in addition to Arcata/UNITeS' Commercial Terms and Conditions, and Certifications & Representations, all of which are considered the RFQ package. Interested parties have only five (5) business days from the publication date of this combined synopsis/solicitation to submit the required information (RFQ, required supporting information, and executed certification package) to the undersigned at the Internet Address listed below.
