The solicitation is a sole source requirement to Continental Electronics Corporation. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price conforming to the solicitation. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement based upon the responses received.
