NA This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Intersense, Inc. 1 North Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803, for the purchase of one IS-900 Wireless VWT System. This tracking sys tem is the only unit that has requirements compatable to the existing environment at the Academy. Award amount is estimated to be $51,250. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible sour ce and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 334119 and the size standard is 1000. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interesed parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within three(3)calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to [email protected]. See Numbered Note 2 2. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
