The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM), onbehalf of the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Joint Tactical RadioSystem (JTRS) Network Enterprise Domain (NED), intends to issue a sole sourcecontract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1.
