The GSA intends to issue a contract to Quantum 3D Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through Solicitation number 5TS5704D213. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. This procurement is for Other Direct Costs on a Schedule buy for WPAFB, OH. The items being purchased are: IV2-410, Independence Visual Channel Development System which includes; 1 x 12U 19" Rack Mount Cabinet, 1 x IGC2, 80GB ATA-133 Drive, with IGM and Mantis Software, 1 x IV2-410 OTW Configuration with 1 x CC2, 4 x IGR2 with NV35 with 256MB, 4 x 160GB SATA-150 Drives (i.e. Comes Standard with 160GB UCS & Adv. Video Modes)and 1 x On-site Installation at WPAFB, Ohio and Pax River NAS, MD. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by 12 P.M., 04/05/02 will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
