These MCCF's are for the backfit of ShipboardInterior Communications (SHINCOM) systems and manufactured exclusively byDynalec. Dynalec is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Only one responsiblesource and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements underthe authority of FAR 6.302-1.
