Thecontract will provide for the continuance of maintenance and support (M&S) forMedcin licensed software (s/w) which includes Medcin Clinical Knowledge Enginev2; Medcin Graphical User Interface (GUI); and related componentsmanufactured by Medicomp the developer and owner of the software. TheMedcin data file is a critical component of andembedded in the AHLTA application and 3M CI Suite. The period of performance will be from 1 October 2011 through 30 September2015. A Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract issued under the TestProcedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated.
