Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to ClientSoft Inc, 8323 NW 12 Street, Miami, FL 33126, software maintenance/support for 10 ClientBuilder TeamWork Developers, 1000 ClientBuilder TeamWork RunTimes. This software is priority to ClientSoft, and there are no resellers that provide maintenance/support for this software. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, June 4, 2004. An affirmative response shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required maintenance/support for the ClientBuilders products at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received, a sole-source award will be made.
