THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order for proprietary software Subscriptions and Warranties of existing Hand Held Scanners to Mobilisa. The award will consist of the following items/configurations: CLIN 0001- Extended Warranty for IM2500 Hand Held Mobilisa ID Scanners: 2 years per device; CLIN 0002- Subscriptions, Defense ID Database Monthly Subscription: 15 devices for 24 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, size standard $25.0 million. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
