Notice of Intent: The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with SecuriMetrics, Inc. to provide the Army with the development and delivery of the Handheld Interagency Identity Detection Equipment HIID E"- tethered. The Government's goal is to be able to use the HIIDE tethered to a Window-based personal computer via USB cable. The HIIDE provides three biometric collection capabilities ( the fingerprint, iris and face) captured into a single device fiel ded through the DOD force protection community. The designated NAIC Code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services (1,500) employees for this effort.
