This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a commercial item as follows : NetApp Storage Array Model 3020 with 14 TB of storage. This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm-Fixed Price ( FFP ) is intended to be used in the procurement of the aforement ioned parts. Delivery shall be, best possible, FOB, Natick, Massachusetts.
