The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Accellos, Inc., 90 South Cascade Ave. Suite 1200, Colorado Springs, CO 80903-1678, for a firm-fixed price purchase order for maintenance of Radio Beacon WMS Enterprise and Expert Software Maintenance. This software is proprietary to Accellos Inc. who has exclusive rights and does not authorize resellers or other entities to maintain the software in use at SSA facilities. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a Single Source."

Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
