Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Taske Technology for the following items: 2 EACH P/N: 620-104 Taske Contact, 50 Agent Turn Key Bundle; 90 EACH P/N: 600-002 Taske Contact Additional Agents; 2 each P/N: 600-009 Taske Contact - 13 Additional Supervisors; 2 each P/N: 600-0001 Taske total Care After 90 Days. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the rquirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competative proposals, however, all proposals received aby the closing date and time will be reviewed and documented for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
